About Us

Ray has 30 years of industry experience, starting out in 1978 as an Analyst in the Consumer Division of the North Carolina Department of Insurance, then in 1981 moved on to build and manage statewide sales operations for several major Insurance Carriers. Since 1989 Ray has owned and operated Kaalund School of Insurance and is certified by the N C Department of Insurance as an Instructor for agent Pre-licensing and Continuing Education in Life, Accident and Health as well as Property / Liability. He has completed many industry related courses offered by The Life Underwriter Training Council, LIMRA as well as Company sponsored courses. In 2000, Ray served as president of The North Carolina Association Of Insurance Educators. A former Jaycee Chapter President and District Director, Ray has been very active in the community, Local, State and National politics for many years.

Glenn has over 17 years of successful experience, marketing various types of Insurance products. In recent years, He has turned his attention towards Family Financial and Retirement Planning. As a Certified Elder Planning Specialist, Glenn recognizes that the market place is continually changing and people are concerned more than ever about their Savings and Retirement Plan losses as well as the overall stability of their investment accounts. Glenn helps people planning to retire as well as the already retired in creating retirement asset longevity to meet their longer retirement payout demands. His research has identified several programs that offer Safety, Guarantees and growth without the downside market risks.
